The transitions site is primarily a resource for public service managers who are interested in strategic management and organisational change.
Materials
When you enter the site you will be able to access a resource area, which is geared to your specific needs. Resources are being developed for those interested in strategic management and leadership, in the achievement of human rights in justice and penal systems and in the development of relationship skills which enable managers and staff to turn strategic plans into improved public services delivery.
